Competitions

In some competitions, the provider is able to restrict the eligible subscribers, without announcing any specifications. The provider will point out to the terms of participations.

Employees and members of the provider, employees and members of companies or corporation partners who are involved in the competition, are able to participate – but not to win.

Every subscriber is only allowed once to atend the competition. The provider is allowed to exclude of the competition, every subscriber who is manipulating or trying to manipulate the system, the raffle or the homepage, offend against the terms of participation or is acting unfair and trying to influence the raffle.

If there are more correct solutions than available prices – the lot will decide. Unless otherwise announced, the winners will be determined during the end of the competition. They will be informed via mail or letter. 

The prize is not transferable to other persons. It is not possible to pay out the equivalent amount of money or exchange the prize. 

It is not possible to adopt the competition to homepages of commercial agencies.

Personal data will not be given to the outside and third persons of pepXpress Touristik & Marketing GmbH. External service providers who process data in our mission, lawfully stand for data protection and are contractually strictly committed and not counting to third persons. 

The provider is not liable for the persist of technical conditions to punctual participation at the competition or consignment of prizes. (Permanent access to the homepages, where you can participate, and/or consignment of prizes through shipment companies) If not marked otherwise, there are all rights at the contest exclusivly at the provider.
